Overview

JBD Tritec where contracted by construction company Taylor & Fraser to supply and install the structural steel and metalwork in the refurbishment of an old church in Atholl St., Perth.

Working closely with the both the site and design teams, we completed a steel frame and staircases within the existing building. A range of architectural metalwork including balustrades and handrails are still currently ongoing.

Project Specifics

• c. 15t structural steel frame to create a 3 storey facility in an existing shell.
• Staircases from first to second floor on either side of the structure.
• Handrails to all stairs.
• Balustades to exposed edge and new ramps.
• Cold rolled steel to form plant room roof and walls.
• Project duration - 6 months on and off.
