JBD Tritec were contracted by a large drinks Manufacturer as the main pipework contractor on site to install all pipework within the new Lighthouse distillery.

Project Specifics

• Supply and installation of 16 pumps.
• Tie-ins between new and existing plant throughout the site for all processes / services 
• Over 2800m of process / service pipework installed.
• Service / process lines including:
• Steam and condensate
• Spirit lines
• Clean in place lines
• Compressed air
• Low wines & feints
• Water (hot, cooling etc)
• Caustic
• Installation of main vessels (lauter tun, mash tun, washbacks, spirit recievers etc).
• Installation of all ancillary equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, agitators etc).
• On site commissioning assistance.
