Overview

JBD Tritec were awarded the contract to manufacture and assemble 4 pump skids and 1 Differential pressure panel, our client PTSC who are specialist consultants/design engineers in heat transfer systems. The client has integrating these units into a much larger project in Poland.



JBD tritec were issued with a GA drawing and isometric drawings which we manufactured the skid unit frame and pipework from.

Project Specifics

• Skid Unit Fabrication, Shot blasting, painting & CE marking.
• Carbon Steel Pipework manufactured to ASME B31.3.
• Assembly of all pumps and equipment.
• Instrument Piping.
• Local Control Panel and Instrument Cabling.
• Total of 4 Units & 1 Instrument Panel.
• Client FAT.
