Overview

Working indirectly through Adam Millar & Sons, JBD Tritec were tasked with the manufacture of a pre-designed copper and mild steel architectural ceiling feature for Diageo’s Singleton Distillery visitor centre. With some design input we were able to improve the build ability of the structure and assembled it in our factory for the client to inspect. The site install was completed by others.

• Utilising 336m of 40mm diameter copper tube curved to various radii.
• Custom made socketed support brackets.
• Custom tube to bracket fixing solution
• Temporary support system to facilitate easy construction.
• Polished to a fine finish.
• Project duration - 3 weeks.
