JBD Tritec were contracted by a long standing client for over 30 years to carry out the full mechanical install of there capacity increase plant.

JBD Tritec offered a turnkey solution for the client.

Project Specifics

• Modification to 10no storage vessels.
• Erection of 10no storage vessels and all supporting steelwork.
• Close co-ordination with railtrack to ensure no disruption to the adjacent railway line.
• Design, fabrication and installation of a 50m long pipebridge with associated tank farm gantries, stair towers and walkways.
• Installation of cooling towers.
• All process and service pipework for the new equipment.
