Service Overview

Excel Engineering Services was established in 1993 to provide a quality industrial valve repair and refurbishment service for UK industry. Based in Whitburn in Central Scotland our 10,000ft2 facility is strategically located at junction 4 next to the main M8 motorway, which means valves from all over the UK can be delivered and despatched easily and efficiently.

For the past 30 years, we have been a leading supplier to the power, process and manufacturing sectors in the UK. Our growing list of clients is testament to our quality, flexibility, experience and commitment to excellence in the services we deliver.

Our fully equipped workshop contains turning, boring, milling, drilling, welding machinery and includes lifting equipment, shot blasting and painting facilities. We also offer valve lapping and testing equipment, lapping machines are carried for in-line valve re-seating.

We also offer a mobile workshop facility where safety valve testing, overhaul and certification can be carried out in the mobile facility, thus reducing downtime and in most cases eliminate the need to send valves off site to the service centre.

We can offer the supply of new, repaired or refurbished industrial valves of all types, all reconditioned valves tested to API 598 standard.
