Excel Engineering Services have many years experience in control valve repair, overhaul, commissioning and installation. With a fully trained work force including full certification and approval from Emerson Fisher. With a team of mobile Service Engineers ready to react 24/7/365, supported by a comprehensive stock of parts we are ready to react swiftly to planned or unplanned situations.

Our engineers will carry out a full site survey of all valves and control valves, this allows us to react swiftly to breakdowns and ensures fast turnaround times during shutdowns.

Our fully kitted out workshop has test facilities and a clean room area to ensure high standards are worked to and all relevant QHSE standards are adhered to and monitored, we undertake testing to API598 standards and provide valve signature reports for each control valve.
